I believe in intuition, with a caveat …

Most people confuse intuition with “comfort”. If they look internally and it feels right, they conclude it’s the right thing to do. If it feels uncomfortable in any way, they often conclude that their intuition tells them not to do it.

The problem is … Most of the right things to do, that lead to growth, change and improvement, are inherently uncomfortable (even fearful) …

I take fear out of the equation by asking “What would I do if I had no fear?”

Most of the time, the fear goes away long enough to answer the question. 9 times out of 10 the answer/path becomes clear without fear.

That’s what I treat as “intuition”.
